Discovery Meeting
Book in for a chat with one of our experts so we can gather as much information as possible. We can do this by phone, zoom, or on site - in person.
Quote
Using a statement of fees from your current provider, we will tailor your pricing to suit your business, and present the potential monthly and annual savings to you. It is best to upload this statement when booking in your discovery meeting if you can. If you're a business that's new to card payments, we can still help.
Administration
Once you've reviewed pricing and we've answered any follow up questions, we get all the boring (but important) stuff out of the way. Usually, we can have all forms and supporting documents completed in around 5 minutes.
Installation & Trial Period
Once your account is approved, your trial period starts. You can start accepting payments and see how it works, cross check pricing in real time, use the app, lean on our support and more. The best part? No need to cancel your previous provider until you're happy to fully switch. Once you've decided to do so, we help you cancel your previous provider, and if you're still in contract, we can help get the exit fees covered, too!
First Invoice Review & Roll Out
Once you've received your first invoice, you can book in with us to review it with you. We usually cross check it against your original quote, to ensure everything is in line. We do this for your comfort, proving our commitment to transparency from day 1. We then work through whatever snag list you may have, tidy up integrations (if required), and order more card terminals if your business requires them
